GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE!!

Hierarchy is not the problem but the problem is that some people abuse their power that he or she is given to the fullest extent. These abusive people want to pick on the people who think are weak but they don't know WE ALL ARE STRONG IN OUR INDIVIDUAL WAYS. We have to be STRONG against our enemies because our enemies smell fear. Maybe our enemies are in fear themselves and they try to inflict their fear on us and eventually they want us to be like them. On the other hand, the Bible (whoever believes in the book) says we should pray for our enemies. Everybody needs Love and I understand completely and what if those people who abuse their power need loving themselves. I don't know, it can be a lot of reasons why some people abuse their power more than others. But those people who abuse others can be demoted anytime. A  title is a title and it can be stripped away at anytime. DON'T LET OTHER PEOPLE TRY TO ABUSE YOU IN YOUR SOCIAL OR WORK LIFE BUT AT THE SAME TIME KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS !!

Respecting & Includement

I saw a TV series called Speechless on ABC and this episode was very good, especially for people who have disabilities and even the people who don't have disabilities don't like a certain word. The word is retarded. I don't like this word because somebody in high school called me that. When people say that word I always cringe up or I say don't say that. My family had a discussion about this and I just say don't say it at all. Another event that happened during this episode was when all the kids went to prom. There was one girl who was taller than the other kids at their school and JJ who's in the wheelchair started dancing with her. JJ realized she wanted to feel included so he included her. In high school, I felt excluded ( maybe partly that was my fault) but the point is that he included her because she felt excluded. Make somebody feel included, not just today but everyday. Don't let others/things to dictate on how to live your life

I'm currently involved in a situation and the situation is I messaged a girl on Facebook and the message was very personal and I told her to not share it with anybody except me and her. She shared it with people on campus. I should've known this but I'll know next time. I'm not mad at all, I've made peace with myself with the whole situation. Now people are talking around campus but the main lesson I got out of this situation is to no let my insecurities hinder my happiness. Even though people talk about me on a negative aspect but I know God is greater than any hate that you face. I also know that He will never will leave me or forsake me. I can't let things or people upset me to the point that I lose my own set of morals, values and most importantly, Sanity .
