Words of Encouragement

 Yesterday I called Macs Backs ( an independent book store) where you can purchase my book NightCrawlers: Unbound Emotions. You can buy my book on my website at poetrybynoldon.com. Anyways I called Macs Backs ( Cleveland Heights, Ohio) to ask if a copy of my novel has been purchased and the guy on the other end told me no but they will. The guy could've just said no and hung up the phone but he didn't. He said and I repeat no but they will. I needed those words to be spoken to me, he just lifted me up that day. Words of encouragement are very uplifting and much needed especially this day and age. Spread a word of encouragement to somebody or multiple of bodies today and many more days after.

Don't let others/things to dictate on how to live your life

I'm currently involved in a situation and the situation is I messaged a girl on Facebook and the message was very personal and I told her to not share it with anybody except me and her. She shared it with people on campus. I should've known this but I'll know next time. I'm not mad at all, I've made peace with myself with the whole situation. Now people are talking around campus but the main lesson I got out of this situation is to no let my insecurities hinder my happiness. Even though people talk about me on a negative aspect but I know God is greater than any hate that you face. I also know that He will never will leave me or forsake me. I can't let things or people upset me to the point that I lose my own set of morals, values and most importantly, Sanity .

Respecting & Includement

I saw a TV series called Speechless on ABC and this episode was very good, especially for people who have disabilities and even the people who don't have disabilities don't like a certain word. The word is retarded. I don't like this word because somebody in high school called me that. When people say that word I always cringe up or I say don't say that. My family had a discussion about this and I just say don't say it at all. Another event that happened during this episode was when all the kids went to prom. There was one girl who was taller than the other kids at their school and JJ who's in the wheelchair started dancing with her. JJ realized she wanted to feel included so he included her. In high school, I felt excluded ( maybe partly that was my fault) but the point is that he included her because she felt excluded. Make somebody feel included, not just today but everyday. Life

Life is what you make it. I get down and out because of some situations in life but I know God has me and I will be victorious in all things. I also love inspiration. I love people who inspire me and I love to inspire other people. When this inspiration happens, it's a non stop cycle of inspiring and I love it so much. My former college I went to, Mercyhurst University slogan is carpe diem which means seize the day. Seizing the day is so essential if we want to fulfill an accomplish or meet a goal. Connecting and networking with people is also so essential in life because these networks will hopefully develop into long lasting friendships and partnerships. Last night I watched this film entitled Demolition and it was a very good film. The main character, Jake Gyllenhaal found a boy that eventually became his best friend. Life is very precious, take it day by day and you never know who you are going to meet along your journey.
