Leveling Up

 I went to my first audition today and I think I did ok!! I was nervous even thought it was a cold read. Outside of the audition room, I was reading the lines so I can memorize them so I can impress the casting director. Welp, that didn't happen at all!! When I went to the audition room, my mind went blank after the first line (LOL). So, after two failed attempts after trying to remember the lines, I just read the lines off my phone. I am proud of myself to just go and see what happened. 

    I always wanted to elevate but as of late, I have a strong inclination to level up even more in regard to anything creatively. Whether its poetry, my blog, auditioning more/extra gigs or/and even writing my short stories/novels, I AM going to keep elevating, no matter what. The process of elevating and going to the next level is different for everybody, but for me it's not surplus money in the beginning, even though I want to capitalize monetary for my art in big ways somehow but the most important factor is inspiration. If I inspire one person or/and multiple people, I'll be a joyful camper. Another factor in going to the next level is being patient within myself because at times I want things to happen instantaneously, but I must be patient. Elevating is also about being scared but taking risks or taking leaps of faith at the same time. So, in conclusion, what steps are you willing to take to level up? What are you going to do to level up?

  I love cop shows including Law & Order SVU, Law & Order: Organized Crime, Chicago PD, The Hunting Party and the list goes on and I know these shows are scripted. Even though these shows are scripted, incidents that the actors/actresses portray on these shows can be brought up in real life and the outcomes of these incidents might have more serious implications in real life rather than tv life. Appreciate the little so you can appreciate the BIG

 During the span of the election, I was canvassing. If people don't know what canvassing is , it's just knocking on people's doors and for this particular canvassing it was for the past election. But in the midst of the canvassing, I got four dollars more on my paycheck than the previous paycheck and I was grateful. Other people might say it's just four dollars, but my employer didn't have to do that. That gesture was little but I was very grateful for that increase, how big or small it was. I would say I was always a grateful Indvidual but now since I'm older and gained a bit more wiser, I would say that I cherish the things that make me whole that aren't always monetary.     Also, I got a bonus of twenty five dollars after the job was over. Competition

I know professional athletes and athletes in general are going to be competitive forever but something isn't sitting with me right about the amount of physicality some players have across the major sports such as nba, soccer, hockey and football to name a few. I know there is some tension between some teams but some athletes take it too far, especially if those athletes have kids. Their kids look up to their fathers or mother and other kids look up to those athletes. Those athletes who get in fights with other athletes are setting bad examples for their kids in my opinion.  They are basically telling their kids to start fights when people get in their faces. There is a lot of athletes who don't get into fights and that is so good. On the other hand, I don't think athletes will let anybody talk to them any kind of way.
