My Thoughts (WrestleMania Day 1 & 2)

 I'm almost a week late but I think WrestleMania should've been a bit better in my opinion.  I think the matches were short minus a couple and the creative strategy was a bit lacking in one match. I believe day 2 was better than day 1. I would like to break down a few matches into detail, and the breakdown of the matches will be listed below. 

Becky Lynch vs AJ Lee (Intercontinental Championship)-

In this match, Becky kept messing with the referee, Jessika Carr to win the title against AJ. I thought the match was creative with a lot of twists and turns but the twists and turns stopped suddenly and thus the creativity stopped. I would've wished Becky could've continued messing with the referee with more twists and turns that eventually leading to AJ retaining the title. 

Women's Tag Team Match-

(Bayley & Lyra, Nia Jax & Lash Legend, Paige & Bella twin, Charlotte & Alexa)

This match was really good and when Paige came out, I was shocked but in a good way. Paige teamed up with one half of the Bella twins and long story short, Paige and the Bella twin won the title. I would've wanted Bayley & Lyra to get the title or Lash Legend & Nia Jax retain the title. When a wrestler returns to the WWE that doesn't mean she or he has to win a title, let that wrestler get their feet back wet first before she or he conquers a title match.

Jacob Fatu vs Drew McIntyre-

I liked this match especially when Jacob beat Drew's ass. The Friday before the mania though, I thought that shit was racist. Drew handcuffed Jacob to the pole of the ring and was whipping him. But then I thought maybe Jacob wanted to make a statement about the police brutality in America back in the day and presently, hopefully this is the case. 

Man's Ladder Match (Intercontinental Championship)-  

(Penta, Je'von Evans, Rey Mysterio, Rusev, JD Mcdonagh)

I loved the match. I didn't like the outcome of the match, I wanted Rey Mysterio to win the title before he retires. I'm not wishing him retirement anytime soon, but he has been in the business along time.  

Stephanie Vaquer vs Liv Morgan-

Both of these wrestlers are very gifted at what they do. I like them both. A draw could've been in order. Stephanie just seemed to give up. This match was too short. 

Finn Balor vs Dominik Mysterio-

I HATE TO ADMIT THIS but Dom Dom wrestled great. I wanted Finn to win the match anyway.

Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi-

I loved this match, but I wanted this match to be more than three minutes. I'm glad that Oba won the match though. 

Seth Rollins vs Gunther-

This was a GREAT match and a good, timed match as well. I didn't care who won because I don't think this match was needed. I don't think the match had a lot of build up prior to mania.

I want a five day contract with the WWE scouting team. I'm curious what the credentials and requirements are for the recruitment for the women wrestlers. I'll be very professional with my notepad and take DETAILED notes. 

I know WWE is scripted entertainment, but I BELIEVE in the magic that the WWE conjures up.

The pages keep turning

As you guys know, I've been writing about being in therapy and my therapist said I've been doing good since my first appointment so I wouldn't need therapy anymore. My therapist said therapy isn't supposed to be a continuous thing! Of course, if somebody isn't improving with their issues, I guess therapy is needed for a long time basis but the point my therapist was trying to make was that therapy has to have an ending point. I didn't know that therapy had an ending point, but I guess it does eventually. I was sad that my therapy was ending but a new chapter had begun for me with the knowledge and wisdom that my therapist had taught me through my therapy journey. If I keep doing the work to maintain or control my anxiety, I will continue to be aligned with my positive and peaceful journey. Where's the Love?

 As I see and hear all of the current events in the news, I just ask myself where's the love? This world is a beautiful place, but human beings find ways to fuck it up in negative ways. From domestic disputes to international disputes, it's all hate interactions, not love interactions. Well, I'm pretty sure there are SOME love interactions domestically and internationally but I'm using the word SOME loosely. The two international current events are the Israeli and the Russian war. I don't know a lot about the wars so I'm not going into detail about them, but I am going to still express my opinions.      Firstly, the Israeli war have been going on for centuries but as of late, Palestine have been at war with the holy country. There are pro-Palestine protests on college campuses around the country and if you want to know why, just turn on your local news outlet. Crippling the rights of human beings

 Excuse me for my naiveness because I don't know the full scope of the incident that happened in Los Angeles this past week, but I can see what's definitely going on via social media. Of course, Trump has to fuck things up for human beings. I'm talking about ICE agents gathering illegal immigrants and deporting them. The immigrants might not be citizens yet, but they are human beings, and they deserve some type of human decency like the rest of the beings that live in this nation. The immigrants might not follow the right protocols, but everybody has broken a few rules, nobody's squeaky clean. In regard to the ICE agents gathering up immigrants, I think a moral high ground needs to be in place. I understand these people need a paycheck and feed their families but what's the cost behind that paycheck, separating families just because Trump's administration doesn't like the immigrants skin color.
