Where's the Love?

As I see and hear all of the current events in the news, I just ask myself where's the love? This world is a beautiful place, but human beings find ways to fuck it up in negative ways. From domestic disputes to international disputes, it's all hate interactions, not love interactions. Well, I'm pretty sure there are SOME love interactions domestically and internationally but I'm using the word SOME loosely. The two international current events are the Israeli and the Russian war. I don't know a lot about the wars so I'm not going into detail about them, but I am going to still express my opinions.

Firstly, the Israeli war have been going on for centuries but as of late, Palestine have been at war with the holy country. There are pro-Palestine protests on college campuses around the country and if you want to know why, just turn on your local news outlet. People say that they aren't worried about what's going on overseas while kids are dying constantly in the United States and I may understand that, but I DEFINITELY understand that WE must empathize for both international and domestic relations especially in regards of innocent bloodshed because that's what human beings are supposed to do. Also, in regards of the protests around college campuses, those kids are protesting because a lot of those kids are from Palestine, or they are descendants of Palestinian blood.

Secondly, the Russia and Ukraine war is a comparison with Goliath and David. Goliath is the big bully like Russia and Ukraine is David, trying to fight for himself or in regards of this situation, fighting for the homeland which is Ukraine. The battle is still going on though. There is a lot of violence in this world today and my question is where is the love at? One of my earlier posts I told you guys I went to the Wailing Wall in Israel, and I put a note in the wall that says heal the world and the belief is that God will listen and read and bless the notes. I truly believe that God will heal the world in His time, not our timing. I saw Monkey Man starring Dev Patel (great movie, executive produced by Jordan Peele, Dev Patel never disappoints). It's a great quote in the movie that states I learned you need to destroy in order to grow and I think this quote is perfect regarding this situation. Maybe God wants to watch how barbaric WE are to one another and then He can restore the planet, that is my take. Make/have love, not spread/create hate!!!
